How do I find the right fit for Rothy’s shoes?
Most of our shoes fit true to size, but our pointed-toe styles often run small. We recommend going up a half size in The Point and The Flat for the most comfortable fit.
Are Rothy’s shoes and bags machine washable?
Yes! Sustainability meets durability. All our shoes and bags are 100% machine washable. Simply remove the insoles, use cold water on a delicate cycle with mild detergent, and always air dry.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items sooner.
What materials are used in Rothy’s products?
Our signature thread is knit from 100% post-consumer plastic water bottles. We also utilize bio-based algae, natural rubber, and recycled ocean-bound plastic to create our sustainable accessories.
Do you offer a recycling program?
Yes! Through our recycling program, you can bring your well-loved Rothy’s to any of our retail stores, and we will ensure they are properly recycled to keep them out of landfills.
